The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA) will provide you with the skills and knowledge to deliver and facilitate training & assessment in the workplace. You will learn how to train your students in any industry area or subject matter of expertise and how to assess competency
Conwal & Associates deliver the Certificate IV in Training and Assesment by distance and also online.
This gives you the opportunity to study at home, at a time and place suitable for you. Perhaps during your lunch break, complete the qualification at work or anywhere you wish.
The online course is able to be completed within 15 weeks if you can dedicate 25 hours a week to completion. Don’t have 25 hours that’s ok, the qualification may just take a little longer.
This qualification can lead to some exciting career opportunities including

· Teacher/Lecturer/Trainer in public and private Vocational Education and Training (VET) organisations
· Trainer/Assessor for public sector organisations

To complete the course online we require the following
1. Sufficient literacy and numeracy skills
2. Resume detailing your employment and education history including references
3. A workplace to conduct assessments
4. Access to a group who you can deliver the training and assessment materials

Fast Track Option
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is "the acknowledgement of the skills and knowledge" that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences. If RPL is granted, this will mean that you will not have to complete the study or assessments for a unit or units of competency, allowing you to complete the qualification faster.
